Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
How to return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at info@luxa-biochimeneas.es indicating your order number. You must return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The direct costs of return are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the amount paid (including standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions
For safety and hygiene reasons, bioethanol (a flammable liquid) cannot be returned once its seal has been opened.
Legal warranty
All our products carry the 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, in accordance with current regulations.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange its replacement or refund at no cost to you.
